Open Question: What are some schools in washington state that I could study film?

I have already been to the art institute in seattle for a year now but it all seems to be review after I spent 3 years in high school in video productions and each class talks pretty much about the same thing and the equiptment is always broken and unavailable when I need it due to how many people need it. I was just wondering what other schools or universities have programs to study film producing, especially scriptwriting. I have also heard that the seattle film institute is pretty bad.
