Huskies quarterback Jake Locker is one of 31 quarterbacks on the watch list for the Davey O'Brien National Quarterback Award, which came out today. The O'Brien is given each year to college football's top quarterback. Semifinalists for the award will be named on Oct. 27, and finalists on Nov. 24.... read more
