Open Question: Should I study abroad at Bocconi University (Milan, Italy) or RSM Erasmus University (Rotterdam, Netherlands)?

I am currently a college sophmore at University of Washington in Seattle in the process of choosing were to conduct my study abroad. I am a business major interested in accounting and possibly doing business course work while abroad, although studying biz courses is not too important. While I am abroad I want to travel around Europe and just soak up as much culture as I can.
