Open Question: help! question about low gpa and getting into a university?

i currently have a 1.967 gpa, im planning on taking the full load of classes , this is my second senior year, so i could retake 12 classes that i did poorly on before.. im thinking i can get a 2.5.. with summer courses would washington state university or the university of washington accept it with a fairly decent sat score and many community services hours?... read more
